I currently have
29 Gallon
Aquaclear 70
Blue Aquarium sand (For my little Cories!!)

Stock

1 Pepper cory
1 Zygatus Cory
4 Panda cories
2 Bronze Cories

Above the sand stock/ Non bottom dwellers
1 possibly gold dust molly female?
1 panda platy female
2 sunburst platy female
1 red wag female
1 sunburst wag male
3 female guppies

Now I am thinking on changing out my above sand upper tank guys. They will be rehomed to my 20 high perhaps. am I overstocked? Under? I would like to maybe switch the platies out for a few tetras, or something? I was looking at perhaps a Dwarf gourami or some Center piece fish. Danios? I will not give up my Cories though. I want to hear everything and anything

IMO, you will be in store for a platty population explosion. I have a 29 gallon as well my stock is as follows: 6 harlequin Rasboras, great top water fish. 7 black skirt tetras, mid level and just kind of chill out. 3 julii Cory cats and 3 serbial(spelling?) Cory cats, i love my catfish as well:)A single Bolivian ram, ghost shrimp and kuhli loaches.

That my problem! I have had them over 2 months and I have yet to have ONE platy fry. They only fry I have are guppy! I know they male is sort of doing his job, but not one to survive?
