Ah you have a fw tank lol. I was confused, that makes more sense now. Yeah fresh and salt are very different about cleaning substrate. I've never cleaned my sand in sw.

Guys, im really sorry!!!!!!!! I thought this WAS freshwater! I'm such a buffoon. I'm a beginner, obviously! I wanted more info on aquariums and thought this site would be great. I'm 12 btw and I want to gain as much knowledge as I can. I really love fish and I'm very sorry to dishearten you guys
