Wolf eels aren't really eels though. I think they're gobies.

they are cool looking. i always looked at the one in the lfs every time we went in. then they sold it.

My eel will eat any crab or shrimp, that's what they eat in the wild, snowflakes have rounded crushing teeth for that reason. Also make sure he has a tight fitting enclosure, I've seen mine come up about five inches out of the water nessie style just checking things out. They can't see well but have excelent sense of smell. Sometimes they will go a weeek or two without eating. And they like to stay hidden with only their heads out because their lateral line only goes back a little ways past their head.
