Home Depot fixture?

Would a t5 HO fixture from home depot with actinic light bulbs work for corals?

Probably not assuming that they're 2 bulbs. Do they have individual reflectors and how big is your tank?

Probably going to be a waste of money. Individual reflectors help increase the light intensity. Maybe google if someone has had success with those bulbs.
