KH/ALK Profi Test---Carbonate Hardness / Alkalinity

I recently did a KH/ALK test recently and had the following result:
KH value = 7.4 dKH
Alkalinity (meq/L) = 2.63
Is this to low? What values should I be getting?

Thanks in advance for the help.....

I would get the Alk up a bit to about 3-4 meg/l. That will allow room for some fluctuations with out causing problems(don't forget about CA levels, they need to be balanced with the Alk). FWIW NSW, on reefs, runs at about 2.8-3 meg/l Alk.
