Depends on a lot of things. The amount of live rock you have, type of other filtration etc.
In my 75 gallon I have 165 lbs of live rock,3 to 5 inch sand bed.I have built in overflow which drains through a homemade filter box with two layers of filter floss, two bags of carbon media, and one bag of phosphate media, the container is about 12 X 6 with many holes in the bottom where the water then drops ,trickles two inches down before it hits the water level in the 20 gallon aquarium sump where I have the Marineland Pro series 300 gallon skimmer. Also have uv
sterilizer .No ref.
I have a total of 70 gallons water volume including sump so I have at least 2 lbs live rock per gallon.
I only have a total of nine fish at the moment.
But I always have 0 nitrates and phosphates.
You fish load will really depend on your setup and getting your tank seasoned to handle a large bio load.
The 46 bow front you see on YouTube was my learner tank,I upgraded to the 75 when we moved last December.
Just add slowly and be patient letting you bio load adjust and do your water checks.Someone else with a 90 should be able to give you and idea.
Hope I didn't give you more info than you wanted.LOL
