Ok i have a 55g . with about 50 lbs of LR curing it as i cycle. i added 3 shrimp to boost ammonia . .but my ammonia is @ peak with nitrite still @ 0

shoudl i take teh shrimp out ? or shoudl i keep it to reproduce bioload?

You actually didnt need the shrimp to cycle the tank if you are already curing your LR in the tank at the same time. The natural dieoff of the LR would have brought your amonia levels up. So IMO i would take the shrimp out. Unless you like the smell

I agree the shrinmp is unnecessary. You'll see the nitrites start to rise when the ammonia starts to come down, probably within the week or so.
