I beleive i have Aggregate sand but it might not be. From a previous post i beleive i was told its ok if its not Aggregate. What im asking is if this is not Aggregate sand will it still be able to become livesand and be beneficial to my SW aquarium????

Thanx guyz ;)

It will become live regardless. If it is not aragonite you need you be selective in fish purchases. No sand sifters or fish that stay on the bottom. It will scratch up their bellies. Take a little bit out and let it dry. put some vinegar on it to see if it fizzes so you will know if it is aragonite. Regular sand also does not offer any buffering capacity.
