Hi all,

I was gifted a 29G freshwater starter kit from Walmart about 10 years ago. I enjoyed it for some years, and have since moved and am looking to get back into it again. The bulb is missing, so I need to buy another one. I think it's a T-8 bulb.

What kind do you recommend I get? The back of the hood says:
"Rated: 120 VAC, 60 Hz, 20 W"

If anyone has any examples of the correct bulb to get as far as light output etc, it would be greatly appreciated!

i think it would help to know maybe a model number of the light fixture or maybe even a picture of it. if it is a t8 bulb then search for a bulb that is the right length, 20 watts and a kelvin rating of 6500k(you can actually go 6000-7000k anywhere in that range.) the light module number will help to tell you whether its a t5 or a t8.
