So i woke up today to see my hippo tang with a cloudy and swollen eye. What is this from and how could i fix it? Any help would be appreciated!

Some tank specs...

155 gallon fowlr
200 pounds of LR
Salinity 1.024
Temp 79 degrees F
1 yellow tang
1clownfish
1coral beauty
1hippo tang
1 blue velvet damsel
1cleaner shrimp
1 coral banded shrimp
1 condy aneamae

Did a water change about a week and a half ago so water should be good but i will do a water test later just to be sure

That is pop eye. It is a sign of stress or a disorder. It could be from bullying or parameter issues.

So can this be cured or is it a permanent thing cause i paid 70$ for this fish and really don't want to loose it

Curable with pristine and stable water conditions. That said, it can still cause damage that might not be recoverable.
