my 1st loss

today in my hospital tank i found my royal gramma breathing heavily with white spots all over him
but he was sort of stuck on the intake pipe of the hob filter
as soon as i touched him he swam away then 1 hr later he passed on

poor thing
hasnt been eating for days

So sorry to hear that. :cry: I get attached to the guys, even if i haven't had them that long.

May I ask where you buy your fish? Elmers perhaps (in Monroville)

Sorry about your loss. :( Was he in the QT process or was he in the hospital for something else?
 
Sorry about the gramma too... :cry: I lost a few fish recently. They had good long fishy lives, but it's still sad when you lose a fish.

I have gone to Wet Pets in the Peters Twp - McMurray area a few times. That is fairly close to you.
 
i too lost a fish, poor wrass, the guy didnt eat, i kept telling him and telling him that he must eat to live, but he refused... poor guy
