bumps on fish again

Hi I've been trying to edit previous post and not having a lot of luck.
We have a 28 gal hex tank and the fish seems healthy other than bumps
am trying to attach pic

Looks like internal parasites to me

If the bumps suddenly appeared it is most likely a a bacterial infection. How long did it take for the bumps to appear?

If bumps comes on slowly - over weeks - could be lymphocystis - a viral infection. Google some pics on lymphocystis & compare that with yours for a start.
