paranoia or gills red?

Ok. I look at these guys daily so slight changes are hard to see. The behavior is good and normal but their gills MIGHT be red and irritated? and there's a very strange red mark on both of their noses (hard to see in the lighting of the pic)… Anyway, anyones thoughts? Are these healthy discus?

I've found that fish with lighter colored, white, or albinos faces tend to show the blood vessels in their face from better than darker colored fish. That is normal coloration, nothing to worry about.
