Whats up with this cardinal tetra?

One of my cardinal tetras is super skinny. It's been like that since I've had it (about 6 months) it is active and schools with the others. It eats but I think it has a deformed mouth since it has a bit of trouble. What can I do about it? Should I euthanize?

Just looks disfigured.. If its eatin and swimming i cant see the need to euthanise. Not likely to breed and pass in bad genetics..
