Get a good Clean-up crew, an emerald crab and some snails. U can take them out by using tweezers or scraping them off with a tool but be careful not to break them or they will just come back.
IMO get an emerald crab.
I have a 29g also, and I have an emerald, but have never had bubble or hair algea.
