Par 38 light?

What corals/inverts (nems and clams) would this light be able accommodate? How high above water should I hang it? What would be the span? Picture of the specs below and the link to it in ebay. Thanks for any help!

You could keep anything directly under that, but I don't think you are going to like the color. I would look for something with more blues.
