If you want to spend the money on a 20 long that would work..I think they would be fine in the 45 though...
10 is too small for more than one IMO

Ok thanks. I am extremely nervous about moving chop to the 45 but it seems like it has to be done. I hope it works out. Thanks

Fish are gone. I had to take all my rocks out. Porc chop and lion are in the 45 gallon. Chop is laying on the sand Not looking good at all . I hope I did the right thing by moving him .

Maybe . Right now in staring at the 45 watching chop looking miserable I will rescape tomorrow . Hope he makes it.

Well chop may be putting on a show for me. Woke up and him and the angel going up and down the glass begging for food. I got up and chop sank to the bottom and looked all sad. 30 seconds of wiggling a piece of shrimp in the tank and he took it from me. I'll get him a clam that should snap him out of his funk.

Just keep your spirits up ,,chop will be fine .
Glad to hear he ate for you too//
Good luck ..Few months from now it will be done and over and the weight will be lifted for good(y)

From what you have been through and just for your own peace of mind ,i would do 8...Considering you did just seen spots ,the life cycle is probably in all different stages ...So why not nuke it for good

I'm sure you still have good bacteria ..
I would raise it to normal salinity and throw some varies inverts and feed it once a week or ,maybe some peps in a couple weeks too...
then it will be a smorgasbord for chop when he returns:)

Haha that's funny and a good idea. I was going to put a few drops of ammonia every other day but that will work too.

Here are pics of the new rock scape. I still like it the old way but it's growing on me. Fts and from left to right.
