Well it kind if barely leaks like drips from one corner . What kind of silicon should I buy I was going to add silicon to inside and bottom of it to fix it

I haven't had to repair a tank yet. =( Needs to be aquarium friendly. Your lps should have some. But Idk if you can buy something for cheaper at a hardware store.

Found this ad, wish I had the gas to drive over and get it (hawaii)

Its kinda like yours!

Doesnt look like such a sweet deal to me, the tank alone cost 60$ with the substrate and decor, and the filtration and lights are 50$ each? I could set up a 30g for the same price it would cost you for the price they want for all of that.

For hawaii $60 for all of that included is a deal. Almost $2 per gallon and the hood with lights were purchased separately for almost the same price of everything included.

Thats the same here in NC, but you can get a 10g for 10$, a 20g for 30-40$, a 30g for 70$, and anything above 30g will cost you 100+. Unless you go on craigslist as we all know their tanks are cheap as dirt. Went in to a petstore out of town And they were getting rid of a bunch of tanks. They had a 20 long for 5$, a 55g for 30$ and a massive 90g for 50$. The reason i didnt pick one up is because there was coraline algea all over them. Thats probably the reason they were so cheap!

The lady who is selling her tank in the ad is moving to the mainland and wanted to re home her fish and tank. Hope she got some one to take it.

That does look like a good price for SS. On eBay I saw a 29g SS tank plus metal stand for $100, a 15g SS tank plus metal stand for $75, and a 5g + 2.5 SS tank(s) plus metal stand for $50.
I had a 10g SS tank when I was younger...wish I held onto it. Very retro.

Oh, back in topic, just stared at my tanks. Had to pin down some new plants I just planted with toothpicks. The MTS keep uprooting them. You can actually see the gravel (EcoComplete) "move" as they crawl around underneath.

That's so weird! I wish I had MTS now, but I know I'll regret that once I get them.

Actually the MTS (Malaysian Trumpet Snails) burrow into the gravel searching for food and you can see the (gravel) surface move.

I have them in one tank but am hesitant on adding them to my shrimp tank because I'll probably never get rid of them.

I need some snails for the 20g, what do you reccomend?

I don't have much experience with snails, but my ramshorns breed like crazy with this warm weather.

I also got this one and don't quite know what it is.
