If the fin can grow back still it will take a while, but good news is you can speed this up with malflax it premots fin growth. As with any chemical read the directions carfuly and be sure you understand them.

Now the trick is to get her to actuly clean and take care of it. LOL my girl begged me to get a tank and said she would at least help with the mantaince. That only lasted mabe a week so now 4 years latter I have a vary nice planted tank that she still dosent touch.

Looking good what lighting do you have? Do you have a hight iron substraight? Are you planing on useing co2? What are your water peramatuers and temp? These can affect if some plants.
