Need some advise on how to bump my ph. Right now its 8.0 and my goal is 8.3. Just changed my tank from a 14 to 16 gallon. All my levels are good except ph and my corals are not looking as lively anymore.

I've had these mushrooms for about a year now and they have been colorful, big and full of life, it now seems that they want to stay small like this. I have moved them, messed with water circulation and changed there lighting. My water parameters are great. Any suggestions.
