It started out what looked like a white soar but it has been getting worse. I thought he got the sore because my other ram was attacking him. I put melafix in the water for three days. He doesn't look to good he is staying in one spot breathing heavy.

Is it a problem if my tap ph is 6.4 and my tank is 7.4? If I do a 50% water change my pb would now be 6.9. Is that to much of a dip in the ph in a 20 minute span?
