What are the best books to read when learning about setting up a salt water aquarium?

I was reading the bottle of flourish complete at my LFS and noticed it had some copper in it. Looks like a super low dose, however knowing that copper is bad for inverts, is it possible to keep them of you also dose the flourish complete?
