I'll look into those shrimp. And I was planning on getting some snails. Hermits... I'm not sure I want them in this tank. I'm planning on having them in my 55 gallon when I set that up though.

And of course you're welcome! :)

Oh my gosh, this helfrichis are amazing! Too bad they're so expensive... Maybe I can really get a lot of money for my birthday this year... :D

I know I've always wanted one! But I am totally broke after spending ALL my allowance on my new 30 gallon freshwater tank :(

I wish they weren't so expensive. If they weren't, I would have gotten one a long time ago.

What corals do you plan on adding to your 10 gal?

I know about expensive fish. My lobster has cost me $200+ I fish he's killed. He's killed a $100 stingray and a $60 naso tang, plus a $10 wrasse and a ton of inverts. Love him but I hate him!

I'm not sure on corals yet. I've been looking a little bit. I want some mushrooms, and I'm trying to decide if I want some polyps, or if they would end up being more of a problem than I want to deal with... lol :D

Wow, he's caused a lot of problems, but he's such a beautiful animal! Whenever I think of lobsters, though, Larry the Lobster comes to mind... XD

I only have a fowlr, so I'm not an expert on corals. But I know that mushrooms make good beginner corals. I also hear that green star polyps make good beginner corals. Aquarium Fish: Tropical Freshwater Fish and Saltwater Fish for Home Aquariums has a list of beginner corals in the marine coral section.

By the way, beautiful lobster, crister13! Too bad it's sent all that money down the drain.

Ik. Thank god I have fish that can deal with him. Here's some pics!!! :D

I've been looking at live aquaria. :) I kind of have a bit of an idea of what I want, but it'll probably change at least five times before I decide on what corals to get. :D

Mine? No you don't. Nitrates are off the charts. I'm having an all out war with water quality!!! And my eel did this!

What I would do for a beautiful saltwater reef like that. Luckily, my mom promised me I can upgrade if I can keep the fish alive for a year!

Nice! My mom told me that my tanks stress her out... Um... How??? o_O

Lucky for me, my mom adores fish, so whenever I ask her for a tank, she literally says "Go for it!" I don't understand how tanks stress people out. If anything, mine help me relax and cheer me up. Once when I was having a bad day, when I stuck my hand in the tank to arrange some seashells, my shrimp tried to clean my hand! I had a bounce in my step for the rest of the day lol ^__^

My tanks stress my mom out too. Lol. Icahn kinda see it tho since I have a 150 on the second floor. It's a lot of weight. And money. Hehe.

I'd just be nervous whenever I'm on the ground floor below the room with that tank in it lol

Hahaha ya. Hopefully that would NEVER happen. Plus I have a 55 gallon sump, and a 20 gallon tank like 8 feet away from the 150 connected on the same filtration. Post pics of your tank!!!
