Hello I've been trying to redo my 10 gallon tank for quite some time now into a red cherry shrimp tank.
At the moment my tank contains:
- multi colored gravel
- two fake plastic stem plants
- a large rock in the center of the tank
- two pieces of driftwood
- 100 watt heater
-tetra power filter
-air pump and stone
-thermometer
My plans so far:
-replace multi natural colored gravel with black small gravel
-add a backdrop to make the cords of my filter heater and air pump invisible
-add foam to my filter intake
-get a new hood with appropriate lighting for whatever plants I decide on
I would like to add many plants into my aquarium to allow my shrimp to graze and give it a natural appeal. Please respond with tips/ suggestions of plants to add that are cheap, fun, and easy to maintain! Thanks a lot!
