Alright, I'd still be cautious of the cycle. A big saying is nothing good happens fast, but both of my ten gallons cycled in about 10 days and I have no problems. Except bubble algae in one.

No. It's a small plate coral my friend gave me just to try it out. Looks good so far!
 
That's why I put it in quotes. With such low wattage, it just seems strange.
Honestly, I've been able to keep LPS under 20watt 50/50 bulbs, in a 10g tank. They thrive too!
 
I have a small hitch hiker anemone are these bad? It's very small, and it's see- through and white

Nah those are corynactis nems (not actually an anemone). They dot spread fast

Started a log-book to keep track of everything. What should my light schedule be?
 
On for about 10 hours a day.
I'd also consider looking at more test kits. Ex: Calcium, Phosphates, Alkalinity. Just so you can diagnose problems easier.
