12 gallon nano cube retrofit led lighting

Hi im having difficulties choosing leds to retrofit my 12 gallon nano cube and was hoping someone with prior knowledge could help me. I want to use Ecoxotic: Aquarium LED Lights, Reef LED Lighting because i like their choices but im not quite sure what leds i need for my size aquarium so please help!

I used Steve's LEDs on my jbj 12 gallon. Just plop them in and tune them down to about 30-40% intensity to start off. They worked well for me!

However, what's said at the bottom about needing different colors other than blue and white to bring out colors is incorrect.
