All of the nerites and amanos got RIGHT to work on the diatoms and algea that accumulated during cycling.
Even my Betta like to get down on face level an watch them. The cardinal tetras like to zip around the driftwood in a circle.
Garnit, the betta, likes to try and keep up and just ends up getting dizzy...
All in all, they are all cracking me up!
 
Oy vey....came home to tea colored water...
Why the driftwood waited a week to start leaching I will never know...
 
Sometimes it will take DW a while to get completely water logged and really start unleashing the tannins.

Very nice tank.

Cleared a lot of the tannis with a few 80% PWC, and got my stand in today too!
