20G stocking

I want to fully stock my 20 Gallon high tank. Would this be a good idea?
5 neon tetras
5 male guppies
4 or 5 cory catfish
5-10 ghost shrimp

You could add a few more neon tetras if you wanted. Maybe 8 or so. After that I would say it's good.

Sounds like a great stock list, and I agree with mebbid's suggestion to up the neons.
