4 Stripe Damsel Compatibility

I have a 50 gal tank w/CPR Skimmer, wavemaker, refugium w/caulerpa, DSB, 60 lb live rock. In the tank are 3 Clownfish, 2 Pajama Cardinals, a Sand Sifting Goby, crabs, snails, soft corals, etc. I originally started the tank with (2) 4-Stripe Damels which I eventually had to remove because they refused to allow any other fish into the tank. My question is this - Now that the damsels have been in their own tank for about 6 monhs could I re-integrate them back into the 50 gal tk. Or are they likely to still claim the whole tank as their territory. Thanks for any help/advice as I have the damsels in 10 gal tank which I would like to shut down. I can't seem to give them away.

Damels are tricky fish. I've seen the same damsel be beaten up by every fish then switched to a new tank and beat up all the fish presently there. Temperment of damsels is luck of the draw IMO.
