55 Gallon Up and Running

Hi all,

About a month and a half ago, I picked up a 55 gallon tank and since then have really gotten back into keeping Dwarf Cichlids ( had a dwarf community a few years ago) as of now the stocking stands like this, mind you ive only had fish in for a few weeks.

1x Spotted African Leaf Fish
1x Albino Bristlenose Pleco
6x Lamp Eye Tetras
3x Dwarf Cichlids 2 GBR which are a mated pair and 1 Gold Ram the gold rams mate died after getting popeye.

Just wondering if anyone has any good suggestions for some other schooling fish to add some more color and life to my tank.

Please don't suggest Corys, I have them on order at my LFS and am picking them up this week.

Have you considered any of the botia loaches? Botia kubotai is beautiful and colorful, a school would fit nicely with the soft water.
