Adding fertilizers to cycling tank

I am starting up a new 20gal with play sand substrate and a couple of plants. My plants are anubia nana, windlove java fern, and amazon sword. I am curious if it is a bad idea to add some seachem Flourish this early in the game. I am fishless cycling and my ammonia is 2-4ppm for only 2 days so far. Will the ammonia cause my plants to yellow and if I add ferts will it hinder my cycling? Do I even need to worry about adding fertilizers with that small of a plant list?
