I have a 44g pentagon. I was thinking about adding an algae eater. I don't want a massive one.
I was thinking maybe rubber lip Pleco or bristle nose Pleco. Any oppions?

BN pleco, what's your stock levels already? How about your PH?

I don't suggest an SAE in that size tank due to it being taller and narrower. Are you just wanting an algae eater or are you having an algae problem? Either of the two you mentioned would be fine but you would need a piece of DW in the tank for any pleco.

I'll let RC take over, she's way more experienced.

I currently don't have drift wood. But I'm looking for it. My tank has minor algae.

Depends I REALLY like the zebra Pleco but my store only carries common Plecos. (Petsmart)
