Algae of some sort

So this is bright orange under my actinic lights. Tanks been running four years abuts, first time I have encountered this tough. Sorry the water is a little cloudy I was cleaning the back glass when I noticed it. Any ideas of what it is or how to get rid of it? It's in about four places on the one rock.
