Am I killing my plants

Are they the finnex planted plus? If so I run mine with all the lights on. Red , white , and blue. I would start at around 6-7 hours total a day on the lighting until u see his it goes with the algae. I run mine on 8-11am then off11-3 then on again 3-7.

Make sure you up your dosing of liquid carbon or your algae will explode With the new light.
