Angel fish

I'm starting my first brackish tank with mollies guppies and a goby. Can an angel fish be added? I plan to keep it on the slightly brackish closer to fresh side.

Definitely not a good idea. Angelfish are adaptable, but I don't think they're THAT adaptable. Keep in mind they come from the same kind of habitat as discus, corydoras catfish, tetras, etc. I wouldn't put any of those fish in brackish water.

No problem! There's a fish that comes to mind that looks quite a bit like an angelfish but is brackish.... let me get back to you.

Nevermind, I was thinking of Monos but they get way too big.
