Aquarium safe paint

I have an old plastic or resin shipwreck piece that was too big for my 10-gal tank. I just moved up to a 29-gal tank and would like to use it in that. I've read that Krylon Fusion is a good spray paint. However, the piece needs to be more than 1 color. Any suggestions for underwater paint that can be brushed on? I will appreciate any input on this topic.

One of a main issue is making sure the item painted is completely cured as in Krylon. Others I am not sure.

I did it find some recommendations for Krylon Fusion. It doesn't say it is aquarium safe, but people have used it without harm to livestock, with a warning to make sure it is cured.
