Just like to add this on my experience when doing a PWC;
When temps in mines started to reach 83, I put 2 Comp-fans and this dropped temps to 75-77 when both are running on the 130g. With one fan running about 78-79.
The temps from the faucet was coming out at 82. When I did PWC change with temp at 82 it shocked a few cichlids and was wondering why they were at the bottom when filling up as they are always swimming. Testing ph, ammonia, nitrite etc. everything was within specs & to be safe I dosed another cap of prime. When I read the temps in the aquarium water it was at 82. The next time I did a PWC I turned off the fans for a day to let temps climb up to 81-82 & since then I haven't seen them at the bottom after a water changed.
