Are HC normally this large...?

Hey guys,

I recently transplanted some plants from my smaller tank to this bigger tank and what I thought was HC is growing quite large... not sure if this is really HC as I know their leaves size are supposed to be very small.

Would any of you guys have any idea what it is and why it's so big? It's behavour is like HC, spreading sideways but with large leaves instead!

Hey.. I'm off topic here as I can't help you with the plant.

Are you running 2 canisters? What size is your tank? And what pre-filter did you use?
I used to use a fluval edge prefilter sponge in my 65g and Eheim 2217, but the gets clogged in 4-5 days...

I'm running two canisters, Eheim 250 and Eheim 350.
It's a 50G tank.

I used to use the Fluval edge prefilters as well, I too find it clog up easily.

The ones I'm using now is the Eheim prefilter. Not sure of the exact model number for that though.

There's a lot less clogging now and no fry/baby shrimps in the filter.
