Hi I did a test and it said there was no ammonia in the tank. And I don't know how to start a new thread

Are you using the app or a PC? I can show you how to start a thread. Are you using test strips or a liquid kit? When you start your thread, try to include pH, ammo level, nitrItes and nitrAtes. Did you use a dechlorinator when you filled up the tank with water?
