I added a bubble coral this afternoon. Drip acclimated for two hours and placed him in the bottom of the tank. At first it seemed fine b ut now it is completly deflated. Should I worry or is this normal?

sounds normal, it can take up to 2 weeks for a coral to get used to the new tank and completely open up all of the way.

Doesn't sound like anything to worry about at this point. You placed it in a gentle flow area, right? They don't like high flow, and won't really inflate if they're getting beat up too much with the current.
