Can anyone help identify this eel?

Does anyone know which of eel this is?
Is it a smaller eel like the snowflake or does it get large and aggressive like the essalota?

I see online this eel looks similar to either the spotted moray or the stout (salt and pepper) moray. The stout gets small like 24” the spotted is more like the tessalota, and gets very large.
I’m deciding if should buy but depends on which species it is.
