Looks like bubble algae to me. Not completely sure but 90% sure it is. They are a pest algae. Don't pop them or else more will spread.

It's bubble algae for sure. I took mine off using the dull side of a razor blade being very careful not to pop them. If you pop them they spread and you'll be in for a battle.
