centerpiece options..

hey! im looking for two peaceful centerpiece fish that will go great with serpae tetras in my 29gallon. I have 2 gold gouramis but their too agressive for my liking.. any suggestions are welcome

How many serpaes do you have? How did they do with your gouramis? I am asking because serpaes can be rather nippy IME, so some of the traditional cp fish don't do well with them.
Perhaps some sort of killifish pair? A lot of killis are feisty enough to deal with serpaes.

they do well. but not great. I have 5 of them. the gourami are just to territoral..
