Challenger fish has a red spot next to her mouth

My big Challenger fish has a big red spot next to her mouth. Can you advice what is it and how to treat it?

That looks like an ulcer to me, especially if getting bigger and not an injury. Treatment with furan 2.

Have you checked water chemistry as well? Also if you are getting a number of issues they may be linked (eg treat ich and secondary bacterial infection follows).

Yes, all checked and yes all connected. I'm using meds now and things are significantly better now!!
