So how do i tell the difference between make and female?
I know males are darker but are there any specific charecteristics?
I hear makes have black edges and orange fins well some of mine have yellowish fins with black edges
Male or female?

I have 7 and two are very dark almost black and i want to get the same color out of the other males
What diet will give me those results?

Really easy to sex and i have witnessed this. Also, I got this reference from a website:
''The males are more colorful and have black edges on their dorsal and anal fins. The females are less colorful, often rounder, and have yellowish fins without the distinct black edges seen in males.''
Good foods would be anything most natural aimed directly for fish consumption such as krill or blood worms. Those are my main all natural foods I would feed to enhance fish color. Also, certain company's produce special foods to enhance colors.
