Cherry Red Shrimp Vs Amino (Algie) Shrimp

Hi,
Im just after a bit of info regarding these 2 species...
I have 2 tanks but im considering getting rid of 1 to make a bit of room. In 1 tank i have Cherry reds and in the other i have the Amino shrimp... now, would i be able to combine both species into 1 tank or would the bigger Amino shrimp kill off the Cherry reds?

Amano shrimp are purely herbivorous. Why would they kill the cherries? Anyways, no, you'll be fine.Combine away.

i just thought with them devouring dead fish etc they might pick on them and try to eat them!!!!
