Cichlid food.

What are your recommendations on the best food for cichlids? I believe they are an electric yellow and an electric blue. I'm sure of the electric yellow but not positive on what type of cichlid the blue one is.

I'm sorry but there is so way hikari beats out NLS Thera-A or Cichlid formula.
