Well it's easy tell its some form of peacock I figured that was a given. What I meant by the picture was to dark to positively identify the type of of peacock my apologies if I was unclear on this point.

If you can take more pictures and give us a color description of your fish would help allot.
 
Its so hard to get a pic of the fish with my phone it always wants to swim away, and I'm color blind but I personally thinks it blue lol
