Cichlids trace additives

Who uses the cichlid trace additives stuff and is it worth it?

I don't use them. My Jack dempseys are doing great.

I have seen alot of them out there was just wondering from people that keep cichlids if anyone uses any of them

I feed my puffers vitamins. Think of it as cheap insurance for your fish to get all if it's vitamins. I highly recommend it because it can possibly help fish live longer.

What do u mean as in vitamins as in the trace element additives I am talking about

I meant minerals. I was just doing a comparison. Fish need all of their vitamins and minerals just like us humans.

I had got the Kent brand about a month ago and I have seen no change. Bit I'm sure its healthier for them just like us.

Sometimes subtle changes over long periods are hard to distinguish.
