CO2

At what point does a planted take need CO2? I really don't want to go that route. I'd rather dose liquid carbon if possible.

Low to medium light plants in 90gal

1 single bulb Hagen glo 54w 10,000k
1 double bulb Hagen glo 54w 10,000k and 6,500k

Option to add in any combination Marineland reef capable led 48"

I prefer the look of 10,000k

How tall is a 70? Otherwise, I think you are probably at or bordering on high light. You should be able to tell if you need co2 by algae growth. All tanks are different.
